Connect with our in-house training team via a screen sharing service where we coach you through the software in your own Hippo account. This service is one-on-one or in groups and tailored to the software features/ topics relevant to your CMMS needs. We recommend each session delivered in one-hour time slots and encourage our customers to pack in as many sessions as possible during their 90 day training period.
Our support doesn’t end once your account is up and running. All licenses receive free ongoing technical support services. Users can simply call, email, or live chat our in-house technical support team if they have questions about a Hippo feature or function. Technical support is available during business hours M-F 8:30 am to 5 pm CT. Hippo’s experts are quick, friendly and knowledgeable as we guarantee a response by the following business day.
Do you have a larger maintenance team or require in-person assistance while learning your new CMMS? Hippo CMMS offers onsite training where a member of our training team will provide training sessions in the comfort of your own facility. Sessions are tailored to any topic of your choosing, helping new users get acquainted with their system in their own work environment. This option is available to customers at an additional cost.
