All Hippo subscriptions come with lifetime technical support. Hippo users can call, e-mail, or use our ticketing system for technical support. Our office hours are from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST. Users can expect a response within 1 business day – if not sooner.
We also offer a free monthly webinar series exploring new features and topics important to our users. These webinars run for 45 minutes followed by a Q&A. They allow new and novice users to get acquainted with the latest features, brush up on old skills and connect with our friendly training team.
Our helpful training videos are accessible through Hippo Mobile or Hippo software from your desktop. All users have access to the free training guide and video library comprised of over 40 short video tutorials on all Hippo functions.
