A Year in Review: An open letter to our dear clients

As the holiday season is upon us and another year ends, we find ourselves in a time of reflection.

2015 was a monumental year for us at Hippohippo-logoChristmas.png, and we have both our clients and team to thank. Over the past year, our company has seen significant growth on many fronts. This year we welcomed over 200 new clients, a 50% increase from 2014. What’s more, we kept our client retention rate at 93%! In order to keep up with the work and great support, we saw similar growth with our team, and welcomed 5 new Hippos. It’s amazing to see how Hippo’s collaborative, hardworking, hard playing culture continues to evolve and get better.

Some of our more notable accomplishments this past year were the release of Hippo V5 with its newly designed dashboards, the launching of our new website, upgrades with data storage and security, and overall improvements to our client services. Based on the conversations I have with clients and the testimonials we have been receiving, the support team is doing a great job.

The Hippo team has its work cut out for themselves in 2016. We have set some very ambitious goals and have every intention on meeting them. It’s going to be another successful year. Software development is going to be the core focus. Development will be the driver of maintaining our clients and attracting new ones. We have some significant updates lined up for the new year. Without letting the cat out the bag, things to look out for on the development front; a much more feature rich mobile app, more customizability, and integration capabilities.

We appreciate your continued business and the thoughtful feedback you bring to our team. Our immense success and growth would not have been possible without your support.

We thank you for making 2015 a smashing success and look forward to working with you all in 2016.

Sincerely,
